Tejas Gosai, Managing Partner of Lehigh Valley Private Equity Fund (LVPEF), brings over two decades of real estate expertise and a proven track record of delivering consistent investor returns. A visionary leader, he has spearheaded the development of over $100 million in projects and partnered with physicians, lawyers, and family offices to build generational wealth through strategic real estate investments. With a B.S. in Marketing and Legal Studies from Ithaca College and a J.D. from Penn State University, Mr. Gosai combines legal acumen with market insight to achieve exceptional results.
Under his leadership, LVPEF has emerged as a beacon of stability and growth in the Lehigh Valley. The fund has consistently delivered an 8% preferred return to investors, provided quarterly EDC (profit) payments, and maintained a disciplined focus on risk mitigation. Expanding to over 150 units across multiple properties and 30+ loans, LVPEF has strategically acquired Class B/C multifamily assets in prime locations through off-market channels, achieving strong profits on exits. This success highlights the fund’s ability to identify and capitalize on high-potential opportunities while ensuring long-term sustainability.
Mr. Gosai’s commitment to operational excellence is evident in his strategic staffing of the company. He has assembled a team of skilled professionals in compliance, fund administration, property management, and overall operations, ensuring the fund is well-positioned for long-term success. By relocating LVPEF’s headquarters to enhance collaboration with Conquest Funding and Imagine Abstract, he has streamlined processes and strengthened investor confidence. Beyond LVPEF, Mr. Gosai founded The Tejas Gosai Team at eXp Commercial, Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing brokerage, which has closed over $250 million in transactions. Leveraging proprietary media-driven technology, his team connects buyers with off-market inventory in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, further solidifying his reputation as a market innovator.
Looking ahead, Mr. Gosai is steering LVPEF toward a dynamic future. Plans include monetizing stabilized assets, executing 1031 exchanges, and capitalizing on refinancing opportunities as market conditions stabilize. He leads the Marketing team, overseeing branding, content strategy, marketing analytics and investor engagement initiatives to ensure a cohesive and compelling presence across all channels.

His deep market knowledge and ability to identify high-potential opportunities have made him an invaluable asset to LVPEF since its inception.
James’s expertise extends beyond transactions. Over the years, he has developed, managed, and constructed multiple real estate projects, showcasing his versatility and hands-on approach to the industry. As the primary handler of all real estate buying and selling activities for LVPEF, James has been instrumental in driving the fund’s growth and success. Outside of his professional achievements, James is a dedicated family man. He resides in Bath, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys spending time with his three beloved furry companions and his growing family, including a host of grandkids who bring joy to his weekends. Jerna Bentilanon, B.S. in Business Administration, is the Vice President of Operations at Lehigh Valley Private Equity Fund. With over two years of full-time experience at the fund, Jerna oversees compliance, contract review, and underwriting. Her leadership ensures operational excellence and regulatory adherence, driving the fund’s continued growth and success.
She specializes in managing inbound investors, overseeing the maintenance and processing of investment additions, and maintaining organized files and documentation. Jerna also collaborates closely with Juniper to ensure seamless operations.
In her free time, Jerna enjoys playing volleyball, softball, and basketball, as well as traveling.
