The property is located in a vibrant community within a quaint neighborhood surrounded by single-family detached homes, which makes this asset unique. Over the past year, the fund will execute a series of interior and exterior renovations to the property before re-renting to new tenants at market rents.
Our team completed a series of renovations resulting in a substantial increase in monthly income from $12,335 to $23,920. This took the gross income from $148,020 to $287,040.
YES, we just about doubled the gross well within budget and well within our projected timeline. Renovations include bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, carpet, updated paint, lighting, exterior paint, and installation of 4 coin-operated washers and dryers to increase revenue.
